The past is more irrelevant than the future to me but if it helps...
Somehow I doubt that one. I think many are interested in the location of these "chip" objects--and seem to be focused on that as the prize.

It seems like only call on us when they need something dangerous done...and then, people only get some things- the city hasn't really changed so much.
